Terms and Conditions

Course fees
The course fee is billed approximately three weeks before the beginning of the course. The invoice is payable within 20 days. The invoice must always be paid before the course starts. Course documentation, lunch, coffee, and course dinner are included. We reserve the right to increase the price if there are changes beyond our control. All prices are excluding sales tax.

Accommodation
Information about pre-booked rooms is provided in the course confirmation. When appropriate, accommodations are booked by the participant. The cost of accommodation and breakfast are paid directly to the hotel or via VeTA-bolaget. All prices are excluding sales tax.

Registration
Registration is binding. Registration confirmation is sent to your specified email address.

Late registration
In most cases it is possible to register after the registration date has expired, but due to increased administrative costs, we are forced to charge a late registration fee.

Admissions
Admission to the course is confirmed usually within two weeks after the registration deadline.
In the case of over booking, members will receive preferential access to the course.

Cancellation
Cancellation after the registration deadline and up to seven days before the start of the course, require a cancellation fee of 25% of the course cost. There is no refund if cancellation occurs within seven days of the course start.  If cancellation is due to illness, the course will be refunded minus the administration costs of 850 SEK, physician’s verification is required.  Accommodation not cancelled will be charged to the participant. Subject to changes
Due to the early course preparation, we reserve the right to make changes concerning lectures, location, time, literature, costs, etc. If a course does not have enough participants, we also hold the right to cancel the course.
